Committed to the Cause
So this year #2016 we raised £1500 for the #charity #NeST. There is a family back story to why we choose #NeST but I don't feel its for me to tell. Its not my fight but as a family and as a firm we #MUST support each other through these hard times.
So this year the 2 events I did were ToughGuy 2016 and The SF Experience's Fan Dance Summer event 2016 5 months apart. So next year I thought other than doing the two hardest UK events for civilians how can Improve on this.
I have been pondering to do ToughGuy (21st Jan 17) and The SF Experience (29th Jan 17) back to back. I have discussed this with my wife and we both think it would be to much, so I thought I'm going to give it a go anyway.
Please don't think #my #ignorance is stupidity, far from it. After the discussing with my wife, in my head, my gut kept coming up with the same answer, Back To Back....
I want to #AGAIN prove my point to #my #family #member that through #adversity we can do whatever needs to be done. Have Plan A and only Plan A, play that plan out in your mind practice with dry runs and train for every #Pony obstacle that's in the way, #Mentally and #physically then focus and just get on with it.
So under the flag of the firm and representing the scaffold industry as the hardest profession out there just after the #military, we can show what we are made of.
Its like when you get kicked in the balls.... Do you roll on the floor in pain crying like a #bitch or take action and put your hands down your pants and grab your #testicles and keep them from disappear up into your groin never to be seen again.

ToughGuy 2017 -
This event is NO tough mudder, you have obstacle runners from all over the world travel just to test themselves in this even. It's 24km cross country with 200 obstacles. It is designed to make u fail not to complete.

The SF Experience's - Fan Dance (Winter 2017)
So the ex-SAS team that run The SF Experience have created one of their events to mirror the SAS's Fan Dance in Wales which is apart of their selection process. 24km of the tough course over Pan Y Fan 2 twice.
