The Long Game Scaffold

Lets get straight to the point, can you wipe your #Aris once you have finished on that #Carsey whilst on site, at home or whist in the cafe ? Well, if you can't. I'm no expert but that's probably either a worn out or injured Rotator Cuff from flipping the 21's.

In my view the Scaffold Game is the most demanding trade out there, physically and mentally. Them #Sparkys might laugh at that statement whilst polishing their electrical testers and ironing them work shirts but if we get it wrong, it goes very wrong. Whatever the weather conditions are, our boots go on and we go to work. So looking after yourself is a must, as that long game might not be so long.
